German runaway cow caught

German runaway cow caught
German runaway cow caught. A runaway cow named Yvonne is on the loose in Germany and the search for the Bavarian bovine has captivated the country. he brown dairy cow ran away from a little farm in Bavaria in May and has managed to hide in the forests of southern Germany ever since – despite her sturdy 1,500-pound figure.

Locals have reported sightings of her – she was caught on camera last month, grazing at twilight – but every time searchers have tried to capture her, Yvonne has disappeared.
In an effort to track her down her, animal-rights activists have used scooters, sniffer dogs, tranquilliser guns and a helicopter equipped with a thermal camera used in search-and-rescue missions.

Remarkably, that too came back empty-handed – but activist Johann Wintersteller of the Gut Aiderbichl animal sanctuary hasn't given up hope.

"We have found cowpats, very fresh ones," he said. "And we will follow the trail."
