Courteney Cox and Neve Campbell look spectacular on the red carpet posing for photos in LA at the long-awaited "Scream 4" premiere.
The film is part of Wes Craven's horror franchise, and "premiered at Grauman's Chinese theater with a bloody good party to follow at the Redbury Hotel," reports the Los Angeles times.
