Prisoners in Wales petition for extra Sky Sports. Prisoners in South Wales have filed a complaint over the fact that they do not have access to Sky Sports 2 and 3.

Convicts at HMP Parc in Bridgend are currently allowed Sky Sports 1 as a reward for good behaviour, reports The Daily Telegraph.

One officer said: "They can spend all day watching Sky Sports 1.

"But they're hacked off, because they don't have Sky Sports 2 and 3. They've been moaning it is a breach of their human rights.

"Some have even talked about taking it to the courts, and the taxpayers may have to pay their legal aid bills."

Another officer added: "To hear them moan and whinge about how hard life is for them drives me mad. They've been locked up because they are criminals."
