NEWINGTON, NH (CBS) – Several businesses at a Newington, New Hampshire mall are cleaning up after police say a Dover man went on a rampage with a claw hammer.Investigators say 34-year-old Michael Williams wrought havoc inside the Fox Run Mall on Thursday, running from store to store, smashing windows and glass jewelry cases with the hammer. man with hammer and newington, new hampshire man claiming to be God, newington hammer rampage suspect and car inspection,
Police say he caused damage at seven different stores.
No one was hurt, but officers say the incident rattled a number of shoppers and employees in the mall.
Williams is charged with six felonies and one misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
