Drunken flasher knocks on the wrong door as he goes house to house wanting to "scare the kids" A northwestern Pennsylvania man is jailed on charges he was drunk and exposing himself while going door-to-door harassing his neighbors - until he knocked on the interim police chief's door. Chief Rich Shopene says he encountered 22-year-old Brody Hall when Hall knocked on Shopene's door about 6:15 a.m. Sunday and told the chief he was there to “scare the children.”
The chief says Hall tried to push past him into the house, but Shopene wrestled Hall to the ground and arrested him. Online court records do not list an attorney for Hall who remained in the Erie County Jail on Tuesday.
